About Us

Surojit is an investment professional with over a decade of investing experience in public markets. Prior to founding Third Wave Capital, he was an investment analyst at Redline Capital Partners, where he covered biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, and healthcare technology.

In addition, Surojit supports his family’s proprietary trading and investment activities in Indian equities and commodities.

Before Redline Capital, Surojit gained valuable corporate finance experience as an investment banker in the Industrials and Healthcare M&A teams at Citigroup and Rothschild & Co. in London.

Surojit holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick (UK).

Bhavya has had a career spanning 10+ years across multiple industries with a focus on Strategy, Sales and Business Development. Having started his career with a law firm in London, Bhavya transitioned to working within the Investor Relations team at a Family Office followed by running his own book of clients at a leading UK Seed Stage Venture Fund.

Over the years, Bhavya has originated and executed multiple Fundraising and M&A mandates in early stage venture as well as Small – Mid Market deals with an accumulated deal value of over £100m+ across multiple transactions.

Bhavya is well networked within the entrepreneurial community in the UK and has a knack for Deal Origination, Negotiation, Fundraising and Business Development.

Bhavya holds a degree in Law from the University of Bristol.
